These Terms govern your use of instantghl.comand any Instant GHL snapshot you purchase. By purchasing or using a snapshot, you agree to these Terms. instantghl.com is operated by Super Intellisense Technologies (“we”, “us”).
1. What you are buying
An Instant GHL snapshot is a pre-built GoHighLevel configuration (funnels, pages, workflows, pipelines, forms) packaged for import into your GHL agency account. You receive a one-time import link and documentation. The snapshot is not a SaaS application; it runs entirely inside your own GHL account.
2. License granted
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Import the snapshot into any GHL agency account you own or operate.
- Deploy it into an unlimited number of sub-accounts owned by you or your paying clients.
- Modify the snapshot freely for your or your clients' use cases.
- Resell client services built on top of the snapshot and keep 100% of what you charge.
3. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, or share the raw snapshot import link with any third party.
- Upload the snapshot to public template repositories or marketplaces.
- Claim authorship of the snapshot system or remove our attribution from documentation.
- Use the snapshot to build a directly competing “snapshot-as-a-product” resale business.
4. Future snapshots included
Purchasers of the Coach & Consultant Snapshot receive every additional industry-specific snapshot we ship at no extra cost, for the lifetime of the product line. We reserve the right to ship snapshots at our discretion and on our own timeline.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Briefly: 30-day money-back guarantee, email refunds@instantghl.com.
6. No warranty
The snapshot is provided as is. We do our best to ship clean, well-documented systems, but we make no warranty that the snapshot will fit every business model or remain compatible with future GoHighLevel platform changes. Your obligation is to test in a sandbox before deploying to a live client account.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of any Instant GHL snapshot is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost client revenue, or business interruption.
8. GoHighLevel relationship
Instant GHL is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc. GoHighLevel is a registered trademark of HighLevel, Inc. and is used here only to identify the platform our snapshots are built for.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to past purchasers. Continued use of any snapshot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
