This Privacy Policy explains how instantghl.com (operated by Super Intellisense Technologies) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit the site, join a waitlist, or purchase a snapshot.

1. Information we collect

  • Waitlist signups: email address only.
  • Purchases: name, email, billing country, and payment-related metadata processed by Razorpay (we never store full card numbers).
  • Site usage: aggregated, anonymized analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
  • Support emails: the content of any email you send to our support addresses.

2. How we use it

  • To deliver the snapshot you purchased (import link, documentation, follow-up).
  • To notify waitlist members when the snapshot they signed up for launches.
  • To respond to support inquiries and process refunds.
  • To improve site performance (anonymized aggregate analytics only).

3. Third parties we use

  • Razorpay — payment processing on the checkout domain (superintech.com).
  • GoHighLevel — host of the snapshot you import; your GHL account is your own.
  • Email infrastructure — transactional email delivery for receipts and waitlist launch notifications.
  • Plausible Analytics (when enabled) — privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics with EU hosting.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

4. Data retention

We keep purchase records as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the relevant snapshot launches plus 12 months, whichever is sooner.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@instantghl.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain specific records.

6. Cookies

instantghl.com does not use tracking cookies. We may use functional storage (e.g. local storage for form state) that does not transmit data off-site.

7. Security

All site traffic is served over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. We do not store payment card numbers.
