Every Instant GHL snapshot purchase is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the snapshot does not save you at least 30 hours on your next client setup, we will refund every penny — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.
2. How to request a refund
Email refunds@instantghl.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your order ID (in your receipt) and a brief note. We typically process refunds within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
3. What gets refunded
- The full purchase price of the Instant GHL snapshot you bought.
- Any add-on order bumps purchased at the same checkout (e.g. Loom walkthrough library).
- Payment processor fees are non-recoverable and excluded from refunds where applicable by law.
4. Done-for-you setup add-ons
If you purchased the Done-For-You setup upsell and our team has already begun customization work for your client account, the upsell portion is refundable on a pro-rated basis based on hours invested. The base snapshot remains fully refundable within the 30-day window.
5. Snapshot revocation
Once a refund is issued, your right to use the snapshot ends. You agree to remove deployed copies from any client GHL accounts and stop reselling or redistributing the system. We may verify removal via GHL account inspection on request.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please email us first — we are quick to refund honest requests. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in revoked access to all current and future snapshots without further refund consideration.
